Responsibilities
The Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the Dental Residents, Hygienist and attending to the Dental Department.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Registered dental assistant
- Dental radiology license from the State of NJ
- BLS certification
- Pushing instrument cart- up to 50 lbs
- Lifts instrument cassettes and places them in appropriate bins
- Sitting and standing for dental assisting procedures
- Regular computer use
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental software programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
