Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager—Intensive Care Unit will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in unit-based planning, budgeting, manpower/staffing and education program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s from an accredited school of nursing required
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical nursing experience
- Nursing Education Experience preferred
- Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
- Maintains Current BLS, ACLS certifications
Perferred Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of EPIC a plus!
