Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager—Women’s Services will be responsible for the daily operations of the department/s in collaboration with the Director of Women’s Services, as well as providing necessary education, training and coaching to nursing staff based on their learning needs.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s from an accredited school of nursing required
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical nursing experience in labor and delivery unit required
- Nursing Education Experience preferred
- Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, Fetal Monitor in NCC specialty certifications
Perferred Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of EPIC a plus!
