- Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Responsibilities
- This House Supervisor RN position serves as an on-site administrative representative.
- They will facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff and regulatory agencies.
- This person routinely rounds through hospital departments, coordinating human resources necessary for hospital functioning and patient care.
- They will enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines and consultation obtained from administrator on-call.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing
- Two (2) years successful leadership experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years experience within the assigned service area is required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with NJ Board of Nursing
- PVMC accepts resuscitation skills certification issued by the American/Heart Association (AHA) and AHA – authorized training centers. Only certification cards issued by ARC and AHA are acceptable proofs of certification and the following active certifications are required upon hire:
- BLS
- ACLS
