Responsibilities
The Office Supervisor provides a superior level of secretarial duties and reception services to doctors, patients, and staff while leading and managing the Medical Receptionists.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in a hospital or physician practice setting.
- 1 years’ experience in a leadership position.
- Basic understanding and use of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and attention to detail.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
