Responsibilities
The Patient Access Lead provides daily staff supervision and ensures the effective and efficient operation of the department while promoting patient and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years’ experience in Patient Access within a hospital or physician practice setting.
- Higher education may be substituted for experience.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA).
