- Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Responsibilities
This is a 10-week externship starting June 2, 2025. Day and Night shift available.Our Nursing externships provide invaluable opportunities for learning and networking allowing the nurse extern to:
- Practice and build on nursing fundamentals learned in nursing school to a real-world setting
- Experience a setting that provides the opportunity for future employment
- Develop professional network to support professional growth and development
- Opportunity for continued employment after the externship as a Patient Care Associate
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited ADN/BSN program and graduating in May 2026
- Possess an overall GPA of 3.0
- Experience in providing patient care experience or have completed nursing clinical rotations
- Current BLS certification at time of hire
