Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with Medical Billing Experience to oversee our office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to managing daily administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing our team to focus on their core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain an efficient Billing Department.
  • Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Oversee human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Lead team management efforts by fostering a collaborative work environment and addressing any personnel issues.
  • Plan and coordinate company meetings and team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure organizational efficiency by streamlining office processes and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and training development methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in clerical tasks with attention to detail in documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management, fostering collaboration among staff members.
  • A keen eye for detail and organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
