Provides case management services to Oncology patients at The Cancer Center with the goal of iincreasing the access to concrete services. Patients include adults 16-64 years old and geriatrics 65 years.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in handling multiple tasks.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Bachelor of Social Work
Contacts:
- Regular contact with Medical Center personnel, patients and visitors.
Working Conditions:
- Lifts a minimum of 5 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 10 lbs. and stands a minimum of 6 hours a day.
