The Sr Security Officer is responsible for overseeing and directing day-to-day work of security personnel. Responsible for enforcement of all policies, rules, and regulations pertaining to the effective and consistent maintenance and enforcement of all policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the security of team members, patients and students, public, etc., buildings, grounds, and traffic at facility during designated shift of duty.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a hospital security or in law enforcement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Knowledge of security, traffic regulations and procedures.
- Documented Security Supervisory training.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Full scale State, County, Federal, and License Check will be conducted every other year.
