Position Summary :

As an Account Executive at HackerOne, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. Working closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This role is essential to our growth strategy and offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are seeking candidates located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or New Hampshire and the surrounding metropolitan areas to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed.

Your Journey at HackerOne :

Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and research.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of HackerOne's solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth.

Who You Are :

5 years of experience in software or technology sales, ideally with a background in selling to technical audiences, including up to a year selling in enterprise.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation Range : $90K - $112K

Salary : $90,000 - $112,000
