What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Litigation Associate position at Hackett Feinberg P.C.?
Hackett Feinberg, P.C., a 25 attorney Boston law firm, is seeking a self-motivated associate with 2 years’ business litigation experience to join its busy Litigation Group. The Litigation Group has a wide-ranging practice that includes commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, workouts, real estate and title litigation, as well as employment litigation and counseling, and the associate will support all of these practice areas to varying degrees. Our attorneys enjoy a hybrid work schedule with some remote and some in-office work.
Candidates should have excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills, and an enthusiasm for working collaboratively. Experience or demonstrated interest in business litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, or real estate litigation is strongly desired.
