Collision Repair Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in various repair techniques and tools. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are restored to optimal condition. The Repair Technician will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, painting, and refinishing.
• Execute welding and soldering tasks as needed for structural repairs.
• Work with sheet metal to repair or replace damaged components.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills .

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance.
• Experience with auto glass replacement and repair techniques.
• Ability to operate various automotive tools and equipment safely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $20.67 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
