Medical Receptionist
Job Type: Walk-in Primary Care Services
Job Schedule: Monday - Friday, with the possibility of a weekend shift as needed
Job Location: Muskegon, MI
Under the direct supervision of the Patient Access Manager and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Medical Receptionist is responsible for patient registration and demographic collection. This person will also be responsible for updating insurance information, scheduling patient appointments, collection of copays and patient balances, collecting information for documentation, and making sure patients are given the appropriate forms for completion.

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One-year medical office experience or training preferred.
Special Skills and Abilities:
- Electronic health record experience a plus.
