What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Garden Center Worker position at Hackmann Lumber?
Hackmann Lumber company is hiring a Full Time Garden Associate. This is a temporary, but Full time position running from mid March until mid July.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for garden area including watering
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers in selecting plants and flowers
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and change
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep work area tidy
- Follow directions and be able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Working outside and unloading and moving plants
Applicant must be at least 16 years of age and able to legally work in the US.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
