PRIMARY FUNCTION:
General facility maintenance for multiple Convenience Store locations.
Painting jobs on site - Indoor/ Outdoor as needed
Pressure washing: Building Exterior, Parking Lot- All Equipment provided-
Company Vehicle Provided.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all work orders from Corporate Office in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas .
Proactive in anticipating problems before they occur.
Report to General Manager .
