Responsibilities
- Develop and execute legal strategies for cases and matters
- Independently manage cases and matters
- Prepare, draft and file pleadings, legal documents, and other related materials for clients
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Track and comply with all relevant deadlines
- Manage discovery process
- Conduct ethical interactions with clients and opposing parties
- Negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and before government agencies
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Colorado (required)
- 8 plus years of professional legal experience
- Well-honed critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong written communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience handling court appearances and depositions independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Extensive legal knowledge
Salary : $160,000 - $185,000
