Shifts/Hours:
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00
- $0.50 for CNA certification and $1.00 for both CNA and TMA certifications!
- Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!
- We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire. For employees hired at 30 hours/week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, and dental insurance. Full-time employees (40 hours/week) receive paid holidays!
-Tuition reimbursement is available for new CNA and TMA certification, and other post-secondary education degree programs including nursing.
Qualifications:
Experience not necessary, we are willing to train you and provide all the support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team.
Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.
- Performing housekeeping duties.
- Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
- Passing medications and supervising self-administration.

- 10p-6a, 32-40 hours bi-weekly, including every other weekend.
