Key Responsibilities

- Manage, train, and discipline field crews, promoting productivity and accountability.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, and project managers to align project goals and resolve issues.
- Review and approve employee timecards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Organize and oversee subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries for efficient workflow.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies, conducting regular safety meetings.
- Maintain accurate project records, including labor hours, equipment use, and progress reports.
