We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support both our HR and Technology departments. This full-time, on-site role plays a vital part in keeping our team organized, efficient, and employee-focused.
Responsibilities
Technology Support
- Set up, wipe, and manage company phones and devices
- Assist with phone bill audits and tech inventory
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to technology
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Technology Department
- Input data into the HRIS system from spreadsheets, physical forms, etc.
- Digitize, scan, and file HR documents
- Monitor and respond to HR-related text messages and communications
- Support various administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Department
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with smartphones, computers, and digital tools
- Friendly and patient when assisting others with technology
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
