What You'll Do
- Lead our HR team and manage day-to-day HR operations
- Partner with leadership to support hiring, retention, and succession planning
- Oversee recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for new hires
- Support managers and employees with questions, policies, and workplace concerns
- Handle employee relations, investigations, and terminations when needed
- Keep us compliant with employment laws and best practices
- Help create employee development and training opportunities
- Review compensation and benefits programs to stay competitive
- Jump in on special projects and help where needed

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of HR management experience (construction industry a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is a bonus
- Solid understanding of HR laws, best practices, and compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems (we use Paycom)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
