">Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Bensalem, PA sales team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating sales through inbound calls, developing new prospects, and interacting with existing customers to increase sales.
Responsibilities
">- Professionally answer inbound calls to generate sales.
- Develop new prospects from inquiries, outbound calls, aged leads, internet sites, and other sources.
- Interact with existing customers to identify leads and increase sales.
- Quote pricing and credit terms and prepare sales orders within our ERP system.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Work with outside sales representatives to build and maintain account activity.
Requirements
">- Prior experience in inside sales, preferably in the metal, aerospace, or industrial supply industry.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers at all levels within an organization.
- Creative and complex thinking skills to best resolve customer's wants and needs.
- High level of self-motivation and awareness.
