Overview:
The Photo Studio Coordinator will support the photo studio with all pending requests regarding e-commerce, employee photos, day to day administrative tasks, and sample workload. They will work closely with the Sr. photographer to provide high quality off-figure (lay-down flat) imagery for a wide range of products.
Key Accountabilities:
- Organize, check in, and return product samples for photography sessions
- Steam, style, and prepare garments and other products to ensure they are camera-ready
- Track and maintain an organized inventory of samples to support a smooth and efficient workflow
- Style and photograph products in off-figure setups, such as laydowns and tabletop arrangements, to create high-quality e-commerce images
- Assist on-set during on-model photo shoots, including adjusting clothing for fit and appearance, styling outfits, and ensuring the overall presentation is on-brand
- Set up and break down photography equipment, lighting, and props as needed for various shoots
- Review photos to ensure they meet e-commerce standards, providing feedback and making adjustments as necessary
- Perform basic photo editing tasks in Adobe Photoshop, such as color correction, retouching, and cropping to meet site specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including setting up for shoots and ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Manage digital assets by offloading images, naming files, and sharing photo assets with other departments
- Capture and edit employee headshots, passport photos, and other internal photo requests as needed
- Assist with photography at company events and other miscellaneous projects
- Collaborate with the Senior Photographer and creative team to support pre- and post-production tasks for both in-studio and offsite shoots
- Take on special projects and assignments as directed, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, or related field
- Basic photography skills and familiarity with DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and other photo equipment
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Lightroom and Capture One is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a production studio, fashion brand, or e-commerce setting is a plus

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
