CHHA Caregiver: 7:30p-9:30p

$23/hour Monday through Friday, $25/hour Saturdays and Sundays

Your Role:

As a CHHA, you’ll be an essential part of our clients' daily lives. Your tasks will be guided by the care plan (POC) created by our nurses. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily activities.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with mobility.
• Helping with treatments under nurse supervision.
• Encouraging independence and mental alertness.
• Providing emotional and psychological support.
• Reporting changes in the client's status to the nurse.

What You Bring:

• Communication Skills: Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stoop, bend, lift, turn, and transfer clients up to 200 pounds.
• Travel Ready: Must be able to travel to clients’ homes.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to document visits and follow the care plan meticulously.
