Job Overview
Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional looking to join a friendly and supportive dental team? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing practice! We would like to fill this position immediately and are looking for someone committed to a long-term role. If you are passionate about patient care and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
We are open Mondays, Tuesdays and thursdays from 8-5 pm and Fridays 8-2pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency
- Sterilize and prepare instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills a must
- Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental software and X-ray procedures is beneficial
- Experience with Eaglesoft, CEREC, and Primeprint is a plus
