Lead Golang Developer with Python and Java
Location: McLean, VA & Richmond, VA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Required Skills:
10 years of experience in backend development.
5 years of hands-on experience with Golang.
Strong Python experience for scripting, automation, or data processing.
Expertise in Microservices Architecture, API development, and Cloud Computing.
Experience working with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, ECS, EKS, Step Functions).
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Experience with event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SNS/SQS.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and system design skills.
Excellent communication and leadership experience with team mentoring.
