Job Description:
With the recent spin-off of CORE as a standalone division within Tech, we have identified some gaps we need to address, which were previously covered by the EPTech Portfolio Management and Strategy team.
We would like to hire a Jira / Snowflake expert to support large-scale work around a more consistent portfolio management process, which will enable continuous understanding and decision making around how and where we are spending our CORE resources. We hope to leverage data from Jira to provide insights into how much capacity is being spent on different types of business initiatives.
A successful candidate will have expertise in Jira administration, technical configurations, and data management, including a deep understanding of Jira workflows, automation, and integration capabilities, alongside proven Snowflake experience. This role will help to implement Jira configurations to support more streamlined ways of working across CORE.

Card Ops Resiliency Engineering - CORE Group (Previously named as EPTECH)
CORE elevated to its own LOB, top of house functions
Within CORE this is for Portfolio Strategy Management team
4 manager oversees, Jira Administration and Portfolio Management
Key customers are VP level leadership team
Labor strategy, finance, Portfolio management etc.
Role Info:
Hands on Sr. Jira Snowflake Administrator with strong Jira, Snowflake, Data Analysis, Dashboards & excellent communications background.
Will be responsible for both Jira Configuration / administration and Data Analysis along with building dashboards on Snowflake
Initially it will be 70% on Jira and 30% on Data Analysis / Snowflake
Top Skills:
Jira Administration & Configuration exp is a must
Snowflake exp is a must
Building Dashboards exp is required (QuickSight preferably)
Data Analysis exp is a required
