Hadley Exhibits is looking for a warehouse associate to join our team. You would work alongside carpenters, draftsmen, design experts, and other trades to help handle, pack and ship the unique items our clients want to build. Everything we do is custom with no two projects being identical so every day can be challenging and exciting too.
The ideal candidate will need the following:
- Forklift experience and willingness to become certified.
- Working knowledge of a warehouse management system or inventory control system.
- Basic computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Shipping and Receiving experience with ability to verify contents, check for damage and complete applicable paperwork.
- Maintain records and keep accurate logs of materials coming in and going out.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Willingness to learn.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and shift gears as needed while keeping a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move materials within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely shipping and receiving.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track and document inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards while performing tasks and handling materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
