This is a full-time role as an Founding Growth Marketer, located onsite in New York, NY.
As a Founding Growth Marketer at Hadrius, you will be responsible for driving inbound leads and developing our marketing strategy. You’ll double down on our partnerships, ads, and SEO, while discovering new channels to effectively source and convert qualified prospects.
You will work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of the financial system. We pride ourselves on having a culture that rewards impact and success generously. Responsibilities
First week :
- Become familiar with the core problems Hadrius solves, our ICP, our value proposition, the Hadrius platform, pricing structure, and roadmap
- Get familiar with our sales funnel and existing channels that drive our leads
- Analyze our current processes and develop a detailed marketing strategy ready for implementation
- Collaborate on setting ambitious marketing goals and setting up the infrastructure to measure progress towards it
- Implement first market experiments
First month :
