Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand data needs and requirements.
- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources, including databases, applications, and cloud platforms.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and other relevant tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create clear and concise visualizations (e.g., dashboards, reports) to communicate insights to business users.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection and processing tasks (experience with tools like Airflow a plus).
- Identify and implement data quality measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Document data analysis processes and findings for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role or relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL querying and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in Excel best practices (Tables, PowerQuery, XLOOKUP, or #SPILL formulas).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
