Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing guests with an outstanding dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
