Job DetailsInternship projects vary depending on the needs of both the student and the business. Haemonetics interns are assigned to a meaningful project within the company to acquire a variety of experiences, try different skills, and learn what a future career might offer while also contributing to our innovation agenda by completing business-critical projects and assignments. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Internship will be located onsite 3 days/2 days remote per week in our downtown Boston HQ located at 125 Summer St.
What You Will Do:
Successful networking with current FP&A team, and their respective business partners
Enhance existing data models/reports through efficient use of EPM/ERP applications coupled with analytical tools/capabilities
Demonstrate ability to connect data to outcomes
Cleanup of Shared Drive/Transition to Teams/One Drive
Utilize critical thinking, and fresh thought partnership with current team in upgrading our current reporting to provide better analytics in line with the company's new KPI strategic initiative.
Emphasis on learning over "doing"
Presentation on lessons learned at conclusion of internship focusing on linkage between education and real-world experience.
Education/Skills:
Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
