Job DetailsEssential Duties
- Follow a statistical sampling plan to assess product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Physical testing of all components, including dimensional testing, weight, and appearance as required.
- Promptly and accurately document findings on appropriate batch documents. Investigate and report discrepancies. Sample incoming raw material chemicals and components.
- Responsible for all incoming, online, finished goods, and outgoing quality inspections.
- Responsible to make disposition of the inspected component and product.

Qualifications
Education
SPM or equivalent education - Required
Experience
1 year: Work experience in inspection activities - Required

- Demonstrated written communication skills
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates a high commitment to quality
- Ability to write clearly and concisely in daily communication.
- Able to perform work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates a high commitment to quality in assuring that the quality of product inspected are at acceptable levels
Training/Certifications
Computer proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar programs - Preferred
Physical Demands
Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds.
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration and/or moderate noise levels.
Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials.
