About The Internship

We are seeking an Intern to support our Global Approved Supplier List (ASL) compliance efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supplier audits, compliance assessments, and supply chain quality management within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and a strong interest in supplier qualification processes.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure ASL Compliance – Work with multiple Haemonetics sites to align supplier qualification status with ASL requirements, including audit schedules, quality agreements, and certifications.
  • Plan Supplier Audits – Research supplier performance, coordinate audit schedules, and engage suppliers to establish scope and timing.
  • Conduct Remote Audits – Review supplier processes and product/service activities, utilizing video exchange when necessary.
  • Report & Manage Findings – Document audit results, collaborate with stakeholders, track findings to closure, and update records in Agile PLM.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy – Maintain accurate and reliable supplier qualification records.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to track audits, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
