What You Will Do :
- Assist with the transition of 1000 devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11 ahead of Microsoft's end-of-support deadline
- Provide deskside technical assistance to Boston office employees and remote support through ServiceNow .
- Assist in the implementation of a new corporate conferencing platform and telecom system administration.
- Contribute to the development of a new imaging process for endpoint devices, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
