Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Generalist role located on-site in Lavonia, GA. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruiting and onboarding direct and temporary employees.
- Supporting employees in HR matters and handling employee requests.
- Administering health, life, and disability insurance enrollments and working with service providers.
- Assisting with payroll and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Maintaining accurate personnel files and employee records.
- Investigating incidents, handling workers’ compensation cases, and managing leave statuses, including FMLA.
- Preparing and issuing disciplinary notices as needed.
- Performing other tasks as needed to support HR and operational functions.
Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in HR or an administrative role is preferred but not required.
