Duties:
- Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints and CR doucumentation processes
-Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
