- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety protocols related to maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
