What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Hagar Restaurant Service?
The position is full time Monday through Friday and the shift should be considered as 8:00-5:00. We are looking for team oriented people willing to work with others to meet common goals. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer concerns. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries either by e-mail or phone and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Interaction with our customers via phone, e-mail, or in person and gathering the information we need to create service requests in our software.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Checking in/out shop equipment
- Answering phone calls for service calls
- Answering emails/phone calls for service techs for parts research.
- Inventory and checking out service boxes.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Mechanical service background preferable.
- Occasional heavy lifting will be required to load/unload equipment into or out of our customers vehicles. This lifting is generally under 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
