We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Manage accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize on promotional campaigns and market penetration efforts.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals effectively.
- Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical sales environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to present information clearly.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
- Starting Salary is $65,000
- 60-Day Probationary Period - Salesman must make at least a minimum of $4,000 in monthly residual sales in the first 60 days.
- At 60 days (or sooner), we have the option to terminate employment due to not completing enough sales.
- Salary Increase at 90 days - Salary increase to $75,000 if probationary period was successful and an additional $2,000 residual was made (Total of $6,000 residual)
Commissions:
- 20% of any one-time sale - Example: If you sell a website build for $10,000. You make $2,000 on that sale. Same goes with any other one-time sale.
- 100% of the first month of any residual sale - Example: If you sold a company for a $3,000 monthly SEO package, you would get 100% of the first month and make $3,000 commissions on the sale.
- We pay that commission out at the end of the month. However, we also had a 90-day policy where that client had to stay with us for a minimum of 90 days so we could at least recoup the commissions and work we did on their site. If a client cancelled in the first 90 days, the salesperson would have a charge-back on their account.
Hagee Marketing and Sales Professional have reserved the right to terminate employment at any time under Washington State's "At-Will Employment".
