Responsibilities

Prospecting : Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

Client Engagement : Initiate contact and build relationships with prospective clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication.

Needs Analysis : Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor insurance solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.

Policy Presentation : Present insurance policy options clearly, helping clients make informed decisions.

Sales Conversion : Close sales by negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Account Management : Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.

Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and competition to provide clients with accurate information.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records and submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

Licensing : Active or completion of Illinois Property, casualty and life insurance License prior to launch date

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is highly desirable, but not required

Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage and connect with clients.

Customer Service : Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Adaptability : Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced setting.

Tech Proficiency : Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
