What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Worker-Student Activities position at HAGERSTOWN COMMUNITY COLLEGE?
Duties
- Issue ID cards and parking permits
- Help students with general questions about campus and online resources
- Assist with Student Food Pantry and regular office organization
- Keep campus bulletin boards up-to-date
Special Skills Needed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Prior experience in a customer service field a plus
- Familiarity with campus resources, website and department locations
- Comfortable using technology
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with little oversight
- Must be able to make deliveries and maintain bulletin boards in all campus buildings
Additional Information
Regular weekly hours needed: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. Additional hours will be available to cover office during vacation/sick days. This job is for the spring semester only, and will start ASAP.
