Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery staff, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing fresh in-store bakery products while assisting guests with product selection and sales. Your duties will include tracking sales, building displays, stocking and maintaining inventories, as well as ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements.
You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment, and obtaining a food handler's permit. This is a fast-paced environment, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
Additionally, you will provide friendly Customer Care at all times, and your dedication to delivering excellent service will make you a valuable asset to our team.
