Market Street Managers lead, develop and motivate a team of food service, Orient Express/Hot Bar and Entrée Chef crew members in order to create a destination experience for our guests. You implement the corporate food service program while adding your unique skills to improve the overall go-to-market of fresh delicatessen products in your given location. You will actively assemble, prepare, package and merchandise self-service delicatessen products while you assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, you are responsible for tracking sales, building displays and stocking and maintaining inventories. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements and you actively participate with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools and equipment. You will be required to obtain a food handler's permit. More job details are available in our store. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years previous Food Service Management experience in a retail environment,
Union and Non-Union: “The pay range is $27.00 to $29.00 per hour, but no less than the local
minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications
and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of
service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical,dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay(accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, andretirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
Salary : $27 - $29
