Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and trade-ins.
- Stay up-to-date on inventory, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation:
$750–$1,750 per week
