Job Description
Hagie Manufacturing is seeking a qualified candidate to be a part of our Warehouse teams as a material handler. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Moves products and material safely and efficiently throughout the factory to support production and service requirements.
- Reads production schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be pulled and distributed.
- Transacts material in the system accurately according to the type of transaction (receipts, issues, transfers).
- Audits completeness of kits and product being delivered to each reporting department.
- Ability to complete work in multiple areas of the material flow department.
- Use a PC or tablet to manage daily schedule, access work instructions, complete required transactions and report issues.
- Operate powered and non-powered equipment such as forklift, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, hand truck, overhead hoist, etc.

- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently or with a team.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to follow Standard Work.
- Must be safety conscience and able to follow all safety policies.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions and engineering prints
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 35 lbs. repeatedly.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Bending/stooping/walking/kneeling/etc.
- Use of proper PPE (metatarsal boots, bump cap, safety glasses, hearing protection, cut-resistant gloves).
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Previous forklift and other powered industrial equipment experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience using a PC for detailed tasks
- Experience with XA/Browser or XALT
