Duties

- Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management, ensuring accurate pricing and stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and visually appealing.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and provide assistance as needed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
