What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Associate - First Shift position at Hahn Automotive Warehouse, Inc.?
Job Overview:
We are seeking a confident, reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team. You will be responsible for marshaling orders, monitoring picking of parts and resolving order problems. You will work closely with our Shipping Department Supervisor and must be open to learning several tasks.

Wage: $15.00 per hour with paid training. Base pay plus time and a half compensation for over time, benefits, 401K, employee discounts and incentives offered along with the potential for promotion within the company!
Duties:
- Scan, organize and combine orders accurately
- Perform quality control checks
- Utilize RF scanners to verify accuracy of orders
- Utilize a computer to monitor progress of picking in the warehouse and relay concerns to shipping supervisor
- Contact our local store locations to source parts as needed
- Infrequently you will utilize a company vehicle to pick up parts at local stores.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Be a reliable, motivated team-player who performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently and within company policy and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets
- Must be proficient in Excel and general computer and internet knowledge
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be confident in making phone calls
- Be capable of standing, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying and walking throughout a warehouse
- Be able to handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow instructions from Warehouse Supervisors
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule:
Full-Time 8 hour shift Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Average Hours: 40 per week with scheduled OT as needed.
