Position: Sales Representative, base plus commission.
Industry: Hospitality Wholesale (Hotel Renovation Products)
Location: Office is based in Woodstock GA.
About Us: At Hahn Hospitality, we are a wholesaler selling products tailored for hotel renovators for upgrading Marriott, Hilton, Sonesta, IHG family hotels, etc. Our products include door frames/hardware, a wide range of finishes (knobs, pulls, corner guards, vinyl base), light fixtures, as well as plumbing fixtures, bath hardware, and cultured marble products, HVAC, and more. Our dynamic team is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a commission-driven environment, and who enjoys relationship-based sales. This is a niche market, and niche industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the hospitality sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue.
Take the lead on developing a sales presentation that generates interest in potential customers
Present and promote our products and services effectively to generate interest and product sales.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality wholesale industry.
Ability to establish rapport with clients.
Has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Duties
- Conduct demonstrations to potential customers via virtual or in person meetings.
- Manage assigned sales territory effectively
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through account management
- Utilize cold calling and direct sales techniques to acquire new customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the company's growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
