What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Associate position at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP?
Hahn Loeser & Parks seeks an associate with 2-5 years of experience for our Business Practice Area in the Fort Myers office. We are looking for someone who has excellent legal research and writing skills, is responsive, resourceful, and who can effectively handle multiple projects. This position is on-site and in person.
Qualifications
- Admission to the Florida Bar - active and in good standing
- Experience in corporate transactions, real estate, or community / condominium HOA law
- Strong academic credentials - top 30% preferred
- Exceptional judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Commitment to client service
